While in Houston, I grabbed some sausage and fruit kolaches to share with friends in Cypress, who were already in on the secret of this original kolache shop. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of fresh bread and a friendly staff, and I couldn't resist trying the brisket and jalapeño kolache that practically called my name!
