Eating at James Coney Island for the first time, I found the restaurant and restrooms clean, with food served hot and fresh, and the night manager demonstrated excellent customer service. Having enjoyed their classic Texas-style hot dogs with chili and onions since 1971, I appreciate their focus on quality and tradition, though I noticed the staff may be a bit stretched when it comes to maintaining cleanliness.

Eating at James Coney Island brought back so many memories, especially since I've enjoyed it since it was simply called "James Coney Island" back in 1971. The hot dogs "All The Way" with chili, onions, and cheese are always satisfying, and I appreciate the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. It's a Houston classic that never disappoints, and I look forward to my next visit!
