The Capellini Bolognese I tried was fresh with a wonderful texture, featuring soft, handmade-like noodles and a hearty, flavorful meat sauce that was well-prepared overall. The veal piccata also stood out with tender meat and authentic flavors that reminded me of Italy, making it one of my favorite dishes here. Coupled with attentive, friendly service and a warm atmosphere, this restaurant consistently delivers excellent traditional Italian cuisine that keeps me coming back.

On my second visit, I tried the Capellini Bolognese and was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and texture of the dish. The noodles were delicately soft and the meat gravy had a hearty, savory flavor that left me satisfied, with just a hint of basil or salt missing. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience and one of the top menu selections for me at this Italian restaurant in NYC.

I've been going to Damian's since it opened & there is no better Italian restaurant I'm Houston or Texas for that matter. I've been in Dallas for work & there is no match ! I cannot wait to return! My daughters & financee will be there for their first time tonight. They are excited to try it because of all the boasting I've done over the years! Love y'all!â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
