When I lived in Houston, working for the Houston Post for 10 years...I ate with friends once a week at Ta Hua in the Galleria and enjoyed their
Steamed Vegetable Dumplings. I still dream about them. I have tried many since then and Nothing Has Come Close to those at Ta Hua back then.
You would see the steamer baskets on every table...and the restaurant on Post Oak was Large. Is there a recipe to make at home?

I used to frequent Ta Hua when it was in the Galleria area...only for their Steamed Vegetable Dumplings. This family could retire
if they had gone into the Frozen Foods with
their Steamed Vegetable Dumplings. On every table in this large restaurant you would see the bamboo steamers if Steamed Vegetable Dumplings. Ive tried so many and never have found anything close. I dream about their Dumplings. Is there a recipe so I could make my own?

This is by far the best Vietnamese cuisine in the city of Houston or the surrounding areas in my opinion and the prices are incredibly cheap.They have a great menu as well with something for everyone.Trust me!!!!!!!!
