The fried shrimp and scallops plate with fried rice is a must-try, and the hush puppies are the best I've ever had. My mom, who is quite picky, even enjoyed the gumbo. Connie's offers a cozy atmosphere with friendly Spanish-speaking staff, and despite the crowd during the World Cup, the service was impressive and attentive.
