My craving for vermicelli and pho led me to a humble Vietnamese eatery tucked among apartment buildings, where the clean, cool interior and warm hospitality set the tone for a memorable meal. The vermicelli bowl boasted perfectly charred pork and fresh, crisp vegetables, while the pho delivered a rich, flavorful broth accompanied by all the traditional accompaniments, making it a comforting and authentic experience that will surely draw me back for more.
