This establishment refuses to fix their problems. I found a 14" piece of hair in my sandwich, BBQ Pork, and they REFUSED to replace it with another one. The owner caused a HUGE scene disrupting other customers by publicly humiliating his wife in front of me and workers. He screams to his wife, "SHUTUP! (Loudly banging his hand on the counter) I am talking to him." By the end of the conversation, I felt worse for her than I did for myself even though I almost ate someones hair!
