Pros: It's conveniently located in my building. The cooks are good... the food is generally well prepared and tasty, as well as reasonably priced.

Cons: The staff always seems to have a sour disposition. The ordering and serving process is not well defined and makes for awkward moments. The servers all have thick accents (not sure from where) and they shout if they are not understood and have to repeat themselves. Oh, and they almost NEVER make enough mashed potatoes and they often run out before lunchtime is over.
