I needed catering for 35 ppl and ran out of food. I was not apologized to. Instead everyone including my attendees were blamed. I usually arrive shortly after the food, but was told that I should probably arrive sooner to ensure that doesn't happen. It was not MY fault. Only 2 ppl had already eaten before I arrived but that SOMEHOW equated to those 2 taking enough for 10 ppl. She contacted me later about more business although some sort of compensation was denied. I was blamed once again and told that I should pick better meats that would feed everyone. I have never ran out of food, it was embarrassing. If I order for 35 it should not matter what meat, it should feed 35. The food provided was not enough, I saw this. I would not recommend on the basis of bad customer service and the risk that all your guest may not be fed. I have spent over $1000 with Chev's over multiple events and this was how I was treated. Blaming others and nothing done to make it right. Will never use them again.
