Sunday, 5/30/10 I called Mikki's to ask what was on their menu for the day. After asking my question, the person hung up the phone in my face. I thought we were disconnected; so I called back. It wasn't a mistake, she hung up again. On the 3rd call I was sent to their voice mail where I left a message informing them of their rude, unprofessional behavior. If they have a policy not to give their menu over the phone, that's all they had to say. Instead, someone decided this wasn't important enough to take a few minutes of their time to fulfill a customer's' request; but easier to act in an impolite, offensive manner. Customers are the reason they have a business and restaurants should never forget who keeps them in business...customers. This is unacceptable, and very offensive behavior. Everyone I come in contact with via email, in person, etc., I will tell them to take their business elsewhere. Just think, I used to like them.
