The long drive from Houston to this BBQ joint is absolutely worthwhile, showcasing some of the best homemade BBQ I've encountered. The BBQ ribs were beautifully smoked and tender, complemented by a deliciously unique potato salad and an impressively large baked potato overflowing with brisket and cheese.
