The time was around 8pm on a Friday night and I still got a "Welcome to Firehouse!" The lady who took my order explain everything in detail, which was very helpful. You can pretty much add anything free of charge, which is also nice. The younger girl who looked to be in charge made my sandwiches very fast but accurately. She was very professional. Once my husband and I were finished eating she came back to our table and asked if everything tastes fine then took our plates. The subs were delicious and hot. I will definitely be back!
