Myself and a coworker are from San Diego here on business. Huntsville seems to offer a plethora of choices when it involves casual to fine dining. We sat at the bar with no expectations. Only to have a nice cocktail and a decent steak. Well, if we did have any expectations you surpassed them. Jodie was awesome and entertaining to say the least. As busy as it seemed, it was still quite enjoyable. Your management staff particularly Mr Williams made us feel like regulars. Just amazing!! Job well done!!

Normally I give a high recommendation to all as this is my favorite restaurant in the area with the best food in the area but now I'm not sure what to think in the last 4 months, we took our daughters in November when on leave from the Navy at Thanksgiving and all of us had issues with our orders but they redeemed themselves and brought out my fixed order of lamb chops better than ever before and everyone elses was cooked to perfection. This time we go in February to celebrate my husband's birthday and his steak comes out very well instead of medium and my lamb chops come out rare instead of medium, and not once but twice did I have to send them back. They took my lamb chops and they still came back rare as if they didnt even touch the grill again. Then they come out very well instead of medium...you had a chance to fix it since they were rare; instead you over cooked them, not sure what the problem is. And on top of not getti g the correct temperatures on my husband's steak and my lamb chops they tasted bland instead of well seasoned howver you normally do. I'm not sure I will go back honestly that's twice in 4 months! I'm so disappointed especially since this was my favorite restaurant in the area. Not worth the expensive prices at this point, I could go to longhorn steak house or some other chain and be more happy at this point. Not to mention charging the price of a bottle of titos for two martinis...you should be ashamed of yourself especially since your bartender tonight couldn't get that right either!
