Today was a wild first day in Alabama when I blew out a tire on my trailer, but I found a great little restaurant nearby while waiting for U-Haul to send help. The pulled pork plate I had was incredibly juicy with just the right texture, and even my wife, who isn't picky about barbecue, declared it the best sandwich she's ever had; I can't wait to return!

After moving to Alabama, I ended up with a flat tire on my trailer, which led me to a busy barbecue restaurant. I enjoyed a small beef plate with coleslaw and Texas toast, along with mac and cheese and fried corn, both of which exceeded my expectations. The pulled pork I later tried was juicy and flavorful, and my wife declared it the best barbecue sandwich she had ever tasted, making this a memorable stop in Huntsville.

I've eaten BBQ from everywhere and I'm picky. Well everything at Paul's place is pretty pretty good and they're always full. That's how you know the food is where it's at.
