When I took my youngest girls to Syringa in Coeur d'Alene, we arrived early and were greeted by a friendly, personable server who steered me toward a delicious wine after they ran out of hot sake. We shared several gluten-free dishes like brussels sprouts and shishito peppers, which were tasty, while the smoked salmon rolls were just okay, but the overall vibe was lively and fun. Having heard from locals and sushi pros alike that this place serves some of the freshest, most satisfying sushi in town, I now understand why it's a favorite for both casual meals and special outings.

I DID NOT LIKE sushi before I ate at this place! Now I wake up wanting his food for breakfast!! I love it! I CAN'T GET ENOUGH!
