Ty and the team have clearly put a lot of effort into perfecting their bread, even bringing in specialized ovens to get it just right. Over a long weekend, we went through all their loaves, and each one impressed me more than the last. The bakery is just a short walk off the main road, and the incredible smell alone makes it worth the trip.
