I went out there to get myself a cookie and one for my husband and also a drink for myself I ordered a coconut lime cookie and two of the oatmeal sandwich cookies I got home and I did not have a lime for the coconut lime and I was only given one of my oatmeal cookies The young man at the window was not very friendly at all just open the window and said here you go told me what my total was said here you go here's your change handed me the cookies and then said here you go and handed me the soda and then shut the window no hi how you doing no thank you for coming nothing and I was not happy that I did not get the stuff that I ordered plus that I was charged for three cookies and only received two and one of them obviously could not be a coconut lime where I did not get the lime. very disappointed this time

It's really hit and miss for the chubbuck store. For the most part we love love love them! But most of the time when we order anything with sprite in it when we get home we find out that it was obviously out and have super nasty drinks that we have to throw away. So usually if it's anytime after 5 we will go to the poky store because we've never had that problem with that store.

I understand the cost of everything has gone up even my favorite gf monster cookies paying an extra .40 cents a cookie that's a 4.80 increase. Then the sign says take 15% off when you buy a dozen cookies so why are the employees only taking 10% off. If your not going to honor the 15% take it down. 2.39 x 12 = 28.68 + 1.72 tax = 30.40 -10% = 27.36 should be 25.84 if your honoring the 15%. We buy at least a dozen a week. We absolutely love the cookies. I like saving money and it's nice when there is a discount for buying more.

We love Soda Barn. Love how you get sweet and sour with the lime on the coconut lime sugar cookie. It’s one of my favorites. The chilled cookies are delicious.

My cookie was Chiled and I wanted warm. They refused to give me a refund, and when I asked to see the manager there was a little girl. I seriously can’t belive their are two locations it is so rude. The manager was refusing to give me a refund. Ohh and the lime on my cookie was sour and sweet. Yet again no refund. Outside it was to dark at night. Like turn on the light. They were playing inappropriate music. No manager. (Don’t take this seriously it is a joke best place in town)

Soda barn has the best drink variety and the cookies are literally to die for! The Nightshifter is one of my favorites and working nights it gives me that jump start I need! Thank you soda barn for being awesome and affordable.
