Just came from jack In The Box. Bought my mom a burger through the drive through. It was a sirloin cheesebureger and the bun was BURNT and not in a minor way. I understand customer sevice failures happen from time to time and I usually dismiss them because I understand food service is a tough job. However, this was unacceptqble. Whoever wrapped that burger clearly didnt care. They would have to be blind not to see there was a significant problem.
