Finding a good salad in Idaho Falls can be challenging, but Firehouse Grill offers some excellent options. The Mediterranean salad is a personal favorite, featuring black olives, parmesan cheese, roasted chicken, and artichokes, while the Gyro Salad is also quite enjoyable. The service is friendly, and I've always appreciated the generous portions that make their salads feel more homemade than typical restaurant fare.
