In just minutes, the warm, perfectly simple hot dogs and the unforgettable, homemade root beer arrived, stirring memories of a timeless tradition that's been lovingly maintained for decades.

I discovered the best hot dog in town and drove 11 minutes from our hotel to Hey Hot Dog. The homemade root beer was served in frosty mugs, and the food was delicious; it's definitely a must-visit when in Joliet.
