I just found Jorge's and I am blown away by the depth of the menu, the quality of the food, and the masterful cooking. Steak Tartare was a real eye opener. The special fillet with a mushroom reduction sauce was outstandng. It is difficult to say enough about the Cioppino. It is called "Fisherman's Wharf" style, but it eclipses anything I had in San Francisco. And there is so much more on the menu to try! Hamilton Illinois
