Alfano's in Knoxville serves authentic Italian food with fresh, delicious pizza that's hard to find around here. Their stuffed crust with garlic and spinach blew me away, and the gluten-free cauliflower crust for the taco pizza was a hit with my family. The cozy vibe and friendly service make it feel like you're part of the family, plus the fresh breadsticks and pasta options are always on point.

the food is Amazing! everything is homemade with love and care! the family always makes sure that the costumers are satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting
