Your Extra Crispy sucks!!! The last two carry-outs and some others recently this year have been not "Extra Crispy".. They were more "original" type. Wings are small, breasts are small and dried up (over cooked); thighs greasy and the legs both greasy and over done. You have too many types and I believe your employees are mixing them up. Down size your types and upgrade your chicken sizes. Get back to basics. 815-588-1214 Thanks, WRCarr
