IT'S THE SECOND TIME I VISIT THE RESTAURANT. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT BOTH TIMES. THE PLACE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND SO ARE THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. WE TRIED TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHRIMP AND WERE REALLY GREAT. WE WILL CERTAINLY VISIT NIKO'S AGAIN SOON. THANKS DINO AND ALL THE STAFF!!!

Appetizers, awesome, soup and salad awesome. My Wife had Seafood Pasta, awesome. I had Blackened Chicken with Fettuccini. I swear someone spilled three to four tablespoons of salt on it. I could feel the crunch of salt in my teeth. I had my Wife taste it to verify and for the first time in ten years I sent something back to the kitchen. They talked me into getting Chicken Alfredo to replace my plate of salt even though I could tell that under all that salt the Blackened Chicken was something I came looking for. What upset me was that the Chef told the Waiter that my Dish was OK and I just must not like that type of dish. The other thing was that the Owner went from table to table asking how everyone’s meal was but he avoided our table. I did not raise my voice, I was even apologetic letting the Waiter know it has been over ten years since I had sent a dish back to the kitchen in a Restaurant. Not an “I’m sorry”, not a free drink, not a penny off the meal and I felt like I was in the wrong. I only go there a few times a year and buy gift certificates for friends and my Boss for Christmas, but from now on NO! The Waiter was great but other than that Customer Service was a BIG ZERRO.
