Woodstock Rosatis is the worst that I have done business with, Their food quality and customer service is a continual disappointment. Their pizza has tasted like bleach, I call to complain and they offered no exlanation or resolution so I stopped ordering from them for months.
Then I deciced to give them another chance and ordered a Chicago style pizza which was delivered in the worst possible condition; it had slid so badly it was coming out the side of the box. I called them and explained it to them and the fact that I gave the guy a 5 dollar tip. They asked me if I wanted the driver to come back and return it I said no, They said they would 'credit my account' for which I was ok with since it would take too long for a replacement, Thinking I was good for a free pizza so that when I called to get my free pizza I was rudely told by their manager that only got a 10 dollar credit and that's all they could do for me. When I told her that no one told me about the 10 dollars she called me a liar- but no one explained that it was only a 10 dollar credit on a 25 dollar order. That's why you are hearing from me. I would be ok with never ordering from them again but she called me a liar an that's just wrong. Whatever happened to the customer first? If I was in business I would try a little harder to keep customers. I guess they have enough business there so they don't need mine.
