The Moline Rudy's has some of the best hard shell tacos I've ever had, with hot, fresh food and fast, accurate service that keeps my family coming from afar. Their unique recipes, especially the addictive cheese crisp-a fried flour tortilla covered in melted cheese-make it a favorite dining choice whenever I visit my family.
