If you want horrible food and a terrible waitress go to Rusty's. They excel at making food you can't eat. The servers excel at being slow, not knowing the menu, and being totally pre occupied with other things. This was the third time I've gone here and it will be the last!

Rusty's is an example of a business "practicing" to be good enough to actually be a business someday.
This little sawed off twerp-Terry Munson, seems to think that he can rewrite rules of employment,customer service and integrity. I feel sorry for those who work or eat there. save your money and go to McDonalds...it's safer and more honest. At least their employees know the score when they start and finish and their paychecks are properly documented. Gee Terry, didn,t you learn anything in "millionaire;s school?

Don't get me started...
The waitress with the tattoos couldn't care less about my table. Would rather talk to her friends at another table. My Rice was cold but my Steak was over cooked? My drink that I ordered at the bar never got to my table. I won't be coming back.

waitress bad and manager even worse, poorest place in the last 10 days on vacation, ordered prime rib and got rib eye steak at a higher price

On Sunday April 3rd I went out to eat lunch around 12:45. The waithress I had named Missy brought my tea to me but then I sat there for 10 minutes or more waiting to give my order. I had to flag down another waithress to give her my order. Then when the order came out I didn't get my mushrooms & onions on my steak and still never could get refills on tea from missy.People were getting out of there that had come in after me. Then it took forever to get my check. Then Missy came and told me that Sundays are really busy and she has alot to do. never apolagized.I was in a hurry because I work 2nd shift. I like Rustys and I don't want to quit coming because of poor servive. I really feel I should not have been charged for my meal at all. Thanks.

Waitress needed some more training on the menu but she provided good service and was prompt, I enjoyed my steak and it was cooked as ordered. It is much quiter than cracker barrel thus more relaxing.

We dined at Rustys on Friday evening around 9:00 P.m. What a horrific experience we had with the waitress and the food. We sat in the bar area and it was hard to converse with the loud music from the jukebox blasting. There were only 10 total people in the bar. The wait staff is notorious for taking drink orders and not serving them until they are watered down. We had to go to the bar to order our second drink because the waitress couldnt be found. Our appetizer was even cooked wrong according to the menu. We havent been to Rustys for a long time because of this problem with food and wait staff but figured we would try it one more time. Well it was the last. Even complaining to management we feel it lands on deaf ears. Well you dont have to hear us complain any more. It was our final trip. Whomever trains the staff should defintely go back to school .
