The food at T.O.'s Kitchen is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The Cheesesteak sandwich was served on a crispy bun, reminiscent of a New Orleans po boy, and the cheese sticks were served with a homemade marinara sauce. The quality and portion sizes were perfect, and the customer service was exceptional. If you're in Virginia, make sure to give them a try!
