We traveled from Taylorville to Waverly craving a delicious home-cooked breakfast and discovered just that at this cozy spot. The service from Crazy Connie was exceptional, and the overall vibe made us feel right at home, reminiscent of a comforting breakfast in Mom's kitchen. Despite the limited breakfast options, I thoroughly enjoyed the haystack dish and can't wait to return for more; the lunch specials, like the country fried shoe, were equally satisfying, and I even grabbed some fresh fried pork skins to go - a true comfort food haven indeed.
