The iced coffee and ice cream offerings are truly exceptional, made even better by the warm and friendly service from the staff. Despite the often long lines, the experience is always worth the wait, and the extensive menu means there's always something new to try.

We went there in late fall, 2008. This shop was formerly a "Fritz's", but they gave up that name (franchise?) Their frozen custard is not nearly as good as it was when it was Fritz's (based upon several visits there in those days, they would have rated a 4.5 stars), nor as good as at the several St. Louis-area Fritz's that we have been to. Perhaps they use a different custard mix supplier now, or different ingredients? Whatever the reason, we suggest they try to improve the flavor of their product to what it was previously, either thru a change of supplier/recipes, or perhaps revisit their decision to drop the Fritz's brand. As is, we probably will not be back.
