We brought Pumpkin Bread home and froze it. Thawed 2 weeks later, it was firm,moist and very flavorful. Mr. Klein produces quality baked products at reasonable prices. I Highly recommend. Wish one could obtain his bakery goods via mail order. Paul Reith, Rockford, IL

I stopped in and bought the banana bread.my big mistake was not yo buy at least a couple more(I could have frozen the other ones).simple ingredients and no additives ,not too sweet! I would go back there again!
