My boyfriend's hometown, famous for its college and correctional facility, hosted a Halloween party at Captain's Den with a $3 cover charge. The bar served Absolute vodka, and the DJ, who mainly played from CDs without much mixing, still managed to entertain the crowd. It's a fun spot to visit if you're in town for a jail release or a visit to the college.
