Was told by a friend how great the apple brats are. We tried them, they are amazing!! Also had the beef and chicken kabobs, they are great. Bought pork steaks, ham salad and ribs. The ham salad is great!! We are smoking the ribs tomorrow. I'll let you know how they are. O yea, the pork steaks are great. Would like to know if seasoning and beef filet melinos are available??

Excellent I've dealt with this Meat Market since I was a little girl. You couldn't want for a better place to go and receive the Quality Meats that you're looking for. I live in Branson Missouri and I drive all the way to Collinsville Illinois just so I can obtain all my Meats from Novak's.

went her my whole childhood, and now I've been going for awhile now again and its like I never stopped going. Jerky is still the best in the country, and they people who work their are just absolutely amazing.
