First time and last time in this restaurant. Even though Luis did a good job as a waiter, he took 19% of tip without asking. Usually you give your payment card and and then you put the tip. How disrespectful! By mistake he charged 23$ for a drink (that you can get it in Chillis for only 10$), it was on sale for 18$, so we had to pointed that out and he fixed it.
The food was okay, but rice beans and meat were not warm when it came to the table. Also, I asked for a frozen margarita and it came "in the rock" all melted. I'm not blaming the waiter, I think he had a lot of tables to take care of, but my main complain it's that is to that he put his own % of tip without asking, and for that reason that is the last time that we will go to this restaurant.
