Ugh … horrible.

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible food!! We ordered the shrimp roll and the seaweed was hard and old (!!). I couldnt even bite into it.
The house soup was extremely salty; it did not taste like your traditional Japanese soup. Instead, it tasted like they threw a bunch of cheap bullion cubes into the pot.
The vegetable tempura was absolutely horrible tasting! The yams were white, hard and undercooked. The batter was bland tasting and too thick.. We ended up throwing our entire bag of food in the trash can.
On the way out, we stopped at Freddy's Steakburger and I got the most delicious veggie/black bean burger, that was very yummy!
Save your money and just go to Freddy's..or anywhere else for that matter!
Fujiyama..the only true and eloquent way we can describe your food is - It Sucks!!
