The worse thing ever is when you can't deliver what you promise to a client...The fact that this was not my first time using Gigante Bakery Gigante Bakery but this was my first time receiving such horrible service....I reached out multiple times and have been to the bakery twice to have them refund my client for her entire order but keep getting the run around...I always want happy clients so I've refunded my client but I will never use this bakery again
Swipe to see this horrible job...the cake had been sitting out cause it was sweating...I ordered a 2 tier instead of the 3 tier but with 2 teddy bears not whatever was sitting on top of that cake...some of the balls were falling off the cake and missing...the cookies were the absolute WORSE they looked like preschoolers made them nothing like the picture...the cake pops were all cracked and falling off the sticks and half not even round... just a rushed job that was threw together prior to me picking up the order...what a horrible memory for a 1st time mother...oh and I was offered a $42 credit 😳
