Romeoville Chili's. Tried to order To Go in restaurant. Was told I had to give my phone number to order food because the register doesn't work without it. Manager told me "they use our phone number to track us!" Have they gone "1984"? Manager gave me a attitude because I refused to give my phone number. If you are trying to lose customers then you are on the right track. 8/23/2021.
