The food here is always hot and delicious, never had any complaints about that. The frustrating phone issues when I try to call and order can be a bit annoying, but it's worth it for the great sushi and bang for your buck. I do wish their COVID-19 system was a bit more polished, but hey, just having Japanese food in Freeport is a win for me!
