El Fuego has some of the tastiest al pastor in town, and their tacos, huaraches, taco bowls, and horchata are all must-tries. The quality of their food has definitely improved, especially compared to other places where prices are rising and quality is declining. The steak in my tacos was exceptional tonight, and it seems like they've upgraded their chips since my last visit - a definite improvement!
