Our little cafe On the Square in Woodstock, Illinois is tiny but mighty! In 2011 we were chosen by readers of the Northwest Herald as "One of the Best" Vegetarian Dining Experiences in McHenry County. Every day we serve 14 fresh salads, falafel, 3 soups, several egg dishes, a variety of specials, smoothies, other beverages and vegan chocolate truffles. Everything is made on-site from whole, natural foods.

The Mediterranean-style vegetarian and vegan dishes here are consistently flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned, making each visit a satisfying experience whether dining in the adjacent mall seating or taking food to enjoy elsewhere. The staff are friendly and attentive, accommodating special dietary needs with care, and although service can sometimes be slow due to a small kitchen, the quality and authenticity of the food always make it worthwhile.
