Went through the drive thru Friday (10/15/21) at 10:32 am they open at 10:30am. I got my order right away and pulled into a parking stall to eat it. I got the fish and chicken meal with green beans and fries. The shrimp breading was dark and so hard it was really hard to bite. The chicken was the same way. The french fries mushy and cold. I don’t know how long they had been sitting there. My green beans were in with the chicken and fries and the hush puppies were not done. They spilled over because they were not put in an extra to go container. I am not trying to be mean but the people who work there are not very friendly and don’t look the best. They really need to wear gloves. I hadn’t been in awhile because of nasty food and soft drinks and I will probably not go back again. I will go to Columbus if I want Captain D’s. Also there was a lady in uniform sitting by the back door smoking a cigarette and griping to someone on the phone about training people. That is probably why food is so bad because she doesn’t want to train. I cannot believe how bad this place has gone down hill.
