My husband and I stop at Caseys regularly because it is the most convenient convenience store for us. We have shopped here for years until yesterday. We are both smokers and I'm the last month employees have started carding us for buying cigarettes. I had taken my husband's id from his wallet because of an emergency room visit and he stopped to get cigarettes and did not have his id. The cashier a young man was very rude and informed him he wasn't g3thing cigarettes without an id. He is 55 and I am 50. I am a former mngr for Speedway. I am aware of the tobacco laws and I can tell you this has gone too far. We will drive out of our way and give our business to a different convenience store. We are not 25 yr olds. We are in our 50s. We will never patronize your store ever again. Very disappointed in your new procedures and letting you know you lost good customers!
