My wife and I went to the Chick fil A in Clarksville Indiana with our two young granddaughters. Our intention was to dine in although we didn't know the dining room was closed. Ater we got out of the car we were struggling to get the girls masks on and fit right while going over what everyone wanted. It was a little chaotic so it took us about 5 minutes before we approached the door to find the dining room closed. During this time 2 different employees went by us several times delivering food and never once offered to tell us the dining room was closed. I know for a fact they both knew of our intentions and still did not say a word. My wife and I thought that was very rude. We love Chick fil A and everything they stand for but we will never again visit that Clarksville store. The employees behavior reflects the management of that store and we lost all respect for them. We did however leave there and drove to the New Albany Indiana store and ordered our supper.
