We always support our local businesses especially the restaurants since we eat out the majority of the time due to our work schedules. We have had a couple of dissapointments from this place but not as bad as today. When we decided to talk to "the manager" or I should say owner...they told us that she was not available. I told the complaint to the person in charge whom didn't even know how to apologize. I mentioned to her that if they continue serving their food that way, they would be loosing customers..then, the owner's daughter responded that if we would not go back, it would not hurt their bussiness. Well, guess what? That is going to be our last visit! Maybe we would be putting up with you if you would be the only restaurant but let me remind you that the grille and the lodge are much better than yours and the only reason why we went with you was because my wife always wants vegetable soup but today's looked horrible and dried like if you scraped the bottom of the pot (I recommend you to better tell your customers that you ran out of it instead of serving something like that!). Karma will catch up with you.
