My service is always great and the food is always super. They do not take debit/credit cards though so you do need to bring cash. We usually order take out (the portions are always more than enough) but some times we dine in. My wife and I even went in near closing time and the buffet was already taken down. They fixed us what we wanted, hot and fresh to order. I can't say enough good things about Hong Kong. I have family that lives in the Chicago area and when they come home to Jasper, we have to order Hong Kong.
