What a nightmare at the Washington McDonald's. Went in there with a buy one get one free coupon. It was so confusing and all I wanted was free item with purchase and they and my bf had me so rattlebrained that it super embarrassed me in front of a long line of people. My order was $13 and so screwed up that I felt like crawling under a table. If this is how customer has to pay and try to figure out promotion by being super embarrarrased in front of patrons, employees and people coming in, this store needs to make promotion alot clearer and not break up buy one get one free by one being a full meal and freeby being only the burger part....and nothing else. Absolutely unacceptable. For the $13 paid absolutely ridiculous. I am totally dissatisfied and the burger tasted horrible! 8/6/23
