On Feb 20 I spent 35.00 and my order was wrong and missing my fries..2 large and 3 small.My 20 piece nuggets were old. I went back around I pulled up and 3 times they came out forgetting something.He boy who came out said he wasn't coming back out went in and locked door.So rude...Today Feb 22 my husband went there for breakfast and they forgot 4 sandwiches..Called had receipt and shift manager refused to give them..We went to other Mc Donald's on Lincolnway where they always get order right and have GOID service..It is not fair I have to go 15 minuets out of my ways but I never get my order right and they are extremely rude..I am calling store manager.oF it its not changed I WILL BE CALLING DISTRICT AND REGIONAL..I was a manager at Wendy's for 9 years and know this is totally unacceptable..They will be losing a lot of money because my family goes there as well.
