Don't know what is the problem with the ordering process on line but it is the worst process I have ever tried to use...I have ask them why it's so hard to use and the answer I got was..'yeah it's been a problem' and we are working on it.... that was 2 months ago.... sad and if they only knew how much business they have lost I'm sure it would be fixed..
