Stopped in at noon on 7/14/2023 for lunch with my wife. No one was in line, only one car in the drive-thru. There were 5 people appearing to be busy, we were told they would be right with us....we waited 10 more minutes and was never approached again for taking our order...not even a glance so we left, never to return to this establishment. As we were going out the door a lady finally looked around to see us leave, You would think that due to the soaring prices and high wages that the folks would be better trained on customer service. There was one car waitinig on the side and one in the drive-thru when we left. Horrible seeing how we love the red beans and rice with chicken strips; so off to the market to buy the chicken and fixings and back home for a savings difference of about 8.00.
