We used to order from Satellite Inn once every week or two. The Inn has been sold, it appears the business is sinking fast. The burgers are raw and the fried items are not fully cooked.
We picked up 5 raw Cheeseburgers to go.
I called to make sure the owners knew and was told they they were sorry and would make it up to us.
A week or so later.. we placed another order, when I picked it up I mentioned we were told they (Inn) would make it right with us. I was offered a piece of apple pie to compensate for the $23. Paid for raw burgers. . I was stunned and thought she was joking but she was serious.. My bill was rang up and no price adjustment was made. I paid the bill and went home.
I later called and spoke to Mary, she insisted I give them yet another chance to "make it right"
I just asked for my money back ... WOW, I never saw anyone throw such a fit.. because If she gave me back my money "that does NOT BENEFIT" HER.
And She will NEVER give anyone their money back ever again!!
Well Miss Mary there are other people in this world too.

we have been going to satellite for years, and it was great, then the place got sold
and now cant get a good meal. the last two Fridays for fish have been really bad
we had to send it back for something else which should have been sent back too.;
Our friends who we were with had the same thing happen,,and then the prices have
gone crazy up, so we are done with satellite..the new owners need to wake up before
its to late,,
